Envision is aimed at the potential buyer and new / existing owner.

The objective of Envision is quite simple – to furnish you with a scaled floor plan of a property ‘as is’, together with the same scaled drawing of ‘what could be’ to meet your particular needs, as well as a professionally informed opinion as to its suitability for you purposes.

Envision is a one-day, one-on-one workshop with you and I. The first step is an concise ‘get to know’ session in which we ascertain and collate your situation (planned occupancy, lifestyle, budget, timelines etc). It is from these that we confirm the requirements that your intended property needs to meet.

We walk the house, in which we discuss what can and can’t be done. Whilst I will not give you a structural survey, we can discuss areas and issues that might concern you that include structural integrity, state of repair, services, essential works etc.

If the situation merits it and time allows, I measure the house to produce a Floor Plan.

We then develop the options, whether straightforward restoration to complete renovation and / or new build, that will meet (and indeed exceed) the needs we discussed earlier.

Needless-to-say, we don’t need to confirm the user requirements more than once, thereby leaving more time for additional visits or indeed more time spent at one.

Permis de Construire Dossier is the next logical step once a proposed plan is confirmed. The deliverable is all that is required for an application for planning permission (Permis de Construire), including As Is Drawings.
