Envision is aimed at the potential buyer / existing owner with feasibility and/or design requirements. Simply put, it is a one-on-one, onsite, day long session that aims to map out the ‘As Is’ and combine your specific requirements to produce a bespoke ‘what could be’ in the same format. If ‘Floor Plan’ has not been carried out already, it is included as a necessity for the ‘As Is’.

Our entry level product, ‘Floor Plan’, is delivered in MS Word MetaFile (.wmf) or Word Document (.doc) formats as standard. Alternatively, we can deliver in JPEG or GIF format as required.

NB Because of the lack of 3D dimensioning data, ‘Floor Plan’ is not recommended for Permis de Construire applications. Instead, As Is Drawings is specifically designed for this, whilst Permis de Construire Pack offers a more comprehensive design and drafting package still. Both of the latter products are delivered electronically in industry standard .dwg format for CAD use, and/or hardcopy.
