of a qualified architect, and this pack, together with the signature of
the legal owner, constitutes all that is required to submit the application.
Should the proposed redevelopment of your property exceed 170 square metres
of habitable space, this pack needs signoff from a French-qualified architect
as well as the signature of the owner. We work with such architects, allowing
a fast-tracked solution at significantly reduced rates.
